Shipping policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS : TAIWAN

• We currently offer standard shipping only.
• To support environmental sustainability, we do not provide free shipping. This policy not only reflects a user-pays principle but also encourages reasonable consumption, aiming to reduce environmental impact.
• All products are made to order. We estimate production, shipment, and delivery within 4 weeks. However, shipping times may be affected by holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Only bank transfer is accepted for domestic orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Contact for international orders before placing an order.
• All products are made to order. We estimate production, shipment, and delivery within 6 weeks. However, shipping times may be affected by holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
• International orders are shipped worldwide via postal services.

• International transaction fees may be charged and may defer by destination, as well as VAT tax, clearance fee, consumption tax, etc.
